Emily’s inspiration for her’s and Stan’s engagement session was to have a slow afternoon, where they had the freedom to be solely themselves – nothing more, nothing less. We chose none other than Our Plaace to host them for a mini getaway! Emily & Stan traveled to the Oregon coast all the way from Seattle to spend time in a place that makes them feel like they’re back home.

We started on the interior for some cozy but playful in-home vibes! Then relocated to the outdoor spaces to roam the landscape. It was the most perfect moody gloomy day at the coast, and these two were living for the foggy haze we were given! They may have missed a glowy golden hour, but they did beat the rain, so we’re calling it a win!

Emily and Stan, I had the best time with you celebrating this special season of your lives. Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing your love with me. You are both incredible humans and I can’t wait for your upcoming wedding day!
