Welcome to Cori and Joey’s Hawaiian destination wedding at the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort!

Maui has been a significant part of my life since my childhood so coming back to my home away from home to shoot this destination wedding with two of the most incredible humans on the planet, was a complete blessing. If only 6 year old Taylor knew what was in store for her…

I grew up vacationing almost annually to Maui with my family as a big family. Some of my most favorite memories from my childhood took place on this island – this place forever holds a special place in my heart. My parents got married here, my grandparents got married here, and now as a married woman myself, I’ve had the joy of bringing my husband here and showing him around the island. Now, I’ve had the honor of sharing some of my favorite locations on the island with Cori and Joey which was so surreal. What a gift.

Not only did Cori and Joey have an incredible wedding day celebration, but they had a week’s worth of celebratory activities to welcome their guests to the island, and give their guests a farewell sendoff to close out the week! From the jump, Cori and Joey were all about having an intentional experience. As an experienced oriented photographer, they were speaking my love language, and experience we had indeed!

Cori and Joey, I could not be more grateful to have had the privilege of being your wedding photographer. Being alongside you through this monumental portion of your relationship was my highest honor and my love for you two runs ever so deep. “Thank you”, simply isn’t enough for the memories you gave me. I’ll forever cherish these memories we shared and just know from the bottom of my heart how appreciative I am and my gratitude. Thank you for having me. It was the experience of a lifetime and I’ll never forget this.
